Why Set Up an Online Account?

The Regional Supply website is not just an order taker. Although the ability to place your orders, see your pricing and the availability of stock 24/7 is not insignificant, our website offers so much more!

Through the My Account icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen, you can access all kinds of information about your account. Whether you have previously ordered on our website or not, once you logon you have access to all of your purchase history. You can see the most recent orders you have placed. You can look up past invoices or open orders to see if they have billed yet. You can look up any quotes that our salespeople have created for you, and convert it to an order yourself when you are ready to purchase!

In the Resources tab on the bar at the top of the screen you can access all of our webinars and training videos. This section is updated regularly with information on products and techniques that can help you in your business. These and other videos are also available on our Facebook page and our YouTube channel.

Another source of information is found on each product’s Item Detail Page. Once you click on an item, you may find a link in red, More Information, as shown below.

 

 

This link where available, will give you all kinds of information depending on the item; MSDS, color charts, product brochures, data sheets, technical guides or other information from the manufacturer.  This is still a work in progress, but where available it can save you a lot of time in searching for this information.
