How Do I Find This?

One of the great strengths of Regional Supply is our vast inventory.  However, when it comes to finding what you are looking for on our website, it may be a challenge.  When confronted with the task of finding what you want among 8,000+ items, you may feel like you are looking for a needle in a haystack.

Here are a couple of tips on searching for and finding the product you need.

1 – We have doubled the number of product categories on our website, giving you better options on where to start looking.  The addition of fly-out menus make it easy to scan different categories and get a feel for what is there without having to click from page to page and then find out that is not where you want to be.

2 – If you want to use the main search bar at the top of the page, try not to be too specific.  For example, if you type in “banner”, the results are 110 items.  If you then search in the “Search within these results for:”, it only looks within the 110 items you have already brought up.  To continue the example, if you narrow your banner search to “13 oz”, your results get narrowed down to 30 items.

Hopefully, searching for the product you need is not keeping you from placing orders on our website.  Also, as shown in our previous blog post, once you find what you are looking for, you can add it to a shopping list and won’t have to look for it again.
